The items for sale on NJ Surplus.com are all brand new, clean, never tested cosmetics, and they are not shelf pulls.

Most of our makeup comes directly from the manufacturers and distributors. We get items such as Limited Edition, Overstock, Discontinued, End of Year, Holiday Sets, Closeout, etc. All of our cosmetics are authentic and genuine and there are absolutely no imitations.

We cater to all types of satisfied customers, Websites, Retail Stores, eBay, Flea Markets, and other Wholesalers.

What is your Order Requirement?

Since we sell wholesale cosmetics only, our order requirement is as follows:
A minimum of 50 assorted items. You do not have to order 50 items of one product.

What is your Return Policy:

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns on our makeup and cosmetics unless the item is defected. Prior to returning an item please contact us. You must send the item within 10 days of the shipping date. If you don't contact us we will not be able to help you refund or replace the item.

What is your Shipping Policy:

Our shipping method is FedEx Ground. If you want a faster service please contact us for a shipping quote.

If you are ordering cosmetics that aren't heavy, such as Lipsticks, Liners, Eye Shadows etc... Please contact us at sales@njsurplus.com for a discounted shipping rate. If you order is more than $1200.00 please contact us via email at sales@njsurplus.com for a discounted shipping rate.

Due to security reasons, we can not ship to P.O. Boxes. We can only ship to the billing address.

What payment options are available?

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. We also accept Money Orders, Personal Checks and Wire Transfer.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped the next business day after we receive payment. We will email your tracking number as soon as the order is processed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Our shipping method is US Postal Service / Priority Mail 3-5 business days Please contact us at: sales@njsurplus.com for a price quote.

Our shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs Agency. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties.
